Event Passwords

When working on a local server, you can only access the event by using a so called event password. When logging in, you can select between several roles each with their own password:

  • Organiser: for users managing the event. With this role, you will have access the all functions of the event.
  • Judge: for judges who need to use the Judge Console.
  • Supervisor: for users in a supervisory role (e.g. superior jury members). With this role you are able to observe the judging process but not to make any (direct) changes.

As an organisation, you can choose to manage the event passwords on two levels:

  • The organisation level: in the organisation section you can set general event passwords. These passwords will apply to all events of the organisation, unless you override them for a specific event.
  • The event level: In each event you can set specific passwords that only apply to the single event. These passwords will override the general event passwords.
