Introduction

When working with ScoreExpress, you do so within an organisation. Every event organised with ScoreExpress belongs to an organisation. Next to the events, an organisation has configurations and settings that support the setup of events, such as default settings for disciplines, import templates for categories and display layouts.

In the cloud application, where most of the competition preparation takes place, you log in with your personal account. As a user, you belong to one or more organisations, which gives you access to that organisation's events. Within the organisation, you can manage the organisation's settings, such as default event passwords, discipline settings, and display layouts. If you are an administrator, you can also manage the organisation's collaborators and set event passwords.

Once you download an event to a local server for the competition, you will need to work with event passwords to access specific events. In order for this to work smoothly, it is best to configure this before you download the event.
